Yes! Creating an account, reading reviews, and writing reviews is completely free for customers. Business owners can claim their profile for free, with optional premium features available.
Yes, reviewing a business anonymously will require you to provide your email address at the point of submission.
Click the flag icon on any review to report it. Select a reason (spam, fake, offensive, etc.) and submit. Our moderation team will investigate within 24-48 hours.
No, businesses cannot delete reviews. They can only respond to them. Reviews can only be removed if they violate our community guidelines or are proven to be fake.
The average rating is calculated from all approved reviews. Ratings are rounded using a smart algorithm: ≤0.35 rounds down, 0.36-0.65 shows as half-star, ≥0.66 rounds up.
Business owners can update their information after claiming their profile. Customers can suggest edits by contacting support with the correct information and proof.
